I must say, we were nervous about going into our room after reading the reviews and looking at the building itself. But. Once inside we were shocked. It smelled so clean in there before we even got into our room. We were completely impressed.

It was a bit pricey, but still acceptable.

The friendly staff made me feel right at home! The kitchenette was super handy for quick meals. A downside was the outdated decor, but for the location and price, it was a decent stay. 😊

Walking into my room was a good surprise-everything smelled so fresh and clean! The bathroom was updated and sparkling Plus, I loved the beach-themed decor that perfectly complemented my vacation vibe!

Great location but lacking comfort

I appreciated the convenient location near the beach, which made it easy to enjoy a day out. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. The kitchenette was nonexistent, and the overall upkeep of the room was disappointing, leaving much to be desired.

My stay at Pine View Lodge Old Orchard Beach was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me with my needs. The double room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my experience enjoyable. It's just a short walk to the waterfront, which was perfect for my family!

Clean, comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The cottage had a cozy front porch that was great for hanging out after a long day. The bedroom featured a double bed with clean linens, and despite the cottage's age, the air conditioning effectively kept the place cool during warm spells.

The overall condition of the cottage left much to be desired. The kitchen sink was RV-sized and barely usable, while the bathroom contained a shower that showed signs of neglect with peeling paint and rusty exposed pipes. Noise from the nearby Main Street traffic could be disruptive at night, and the lack of a proper bathroom sink made basic hygiene tasks like shaving a challenge. Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it difficult to stay connected. The kitchen floor could have used a serious clean as well.

I recently stayed for a week in a cozy cottage with a kitchenette, which made it super easy to cook some meals. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day, and I enjoyed the small BBQ area for a fun cookout. The only downside was that the bed could’ve used a bit more comfort, but that didn’t stop me from having a good time! 😊

The room was pretty basic. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and I actually threw my back out. There was no closet or hooks for clothes, just a bare space. The kitchenette was limited, and the shower was kinda gross. I also noticed some sand in the sheets when I got in bed, which was a bummer. Overall, it felt rundown and not what I expected for the price. Definitely room for improvement.
